Ever had a workout that causes your muscles to quiver & shake for 30 - 60 minutes after you’re done? Well, that’s me today.

I used to go to an indoor climbing wall, and after about an hour my forearms would be rock hard, and my grip completely useless . . . so bad in fact that it would usually take two hands to release the car’s handbrake for the drive home!

Never got to the point of having the shakes for an hour though - sounds like you may have been working pretty hard :-D
