Warmup:
- 2x 20 S-L-O-W Dumbbell Snatches @ 20 lbs, 10 per arm
- 2x:
30 pushups- Farmers Carry around the gym @ 2 70 lbs dumbbells
Workout:
- 10x:
- 10 Pull-ups
- 10 Russian Swings @ 28 kg
- 3x:
- 20 Kettlebell Squats @ 28 kg
- 10 dips
- 2x 10 Feet to hands
Yeah, 10 sets of pull-ups. Killer!
