The desired workout outcome: The Shakes! April 9, 2008

Today was a brutal workout. At the end, we were all shaky. One of us went to the restroom because of nausea. I myself was very shaky, and also feeling a little queezy. Guess the trainer was rarin’ to go after being out on Monday!
