The desired workout outcome: The Shakes! April 9, 2008
Posted by hardly 6 Minutes of..., Dumbbell, Kettlebell, Pushups, Row, Sit-upsToday was a brutal workout. At the end, we were all shaky. One of us went to the restroom because of nausea. I myself was very shaky, and also feeling a little queezy. Guess the trainer was rarin’ to go after being out on Monday!
Warmup:
- 40 Snatches @ 20 kg
- 40 Sit-ups
- 40 Snatches @ 20kg
Workout:
- 6 Minutes of American Swings @ 24 kg
- 60 Pushups
- 3 Dumbbell Push Presses @ 2 25 lbs - hold each rep for 10 seconds at extension.
- 20 Dumbbell Push Presses @ 2 25 lbs
- 6 Dumbbell Push Presses @ 2 25 lbs - hold each rep for 5 seconds at extension.
- 20 Dumbbell Push Presses @ 2 25 lbs
- 60 kettlebell front squats @ 28 kg
- 2x 300 M Row - best time: 56.9
