- Alternating 1-arm Dumbbell Squat @ 80 lbs
- Pushups
- 100 Situps w/45 lbs load for time: 6:52
- 40 Alternating 1-arm Kettlebell Snatches @ 16 kg
- 40 Double Kettlebell Snatches @ 2 16 kg
- 40 Alternating 1-arm Kettlebell Snatches @ 28 kg
- 500 M Row: 1:55
I’m pretty certain I’m going to be sore tomorrow. Those sit-ups were H-A-R-D.
