Warmup:
- 30 Dumbbell Swings @ 50 lbs
- 30 Incline Push-ups
- 20 Dumbbell Swings @ 60 lbs
- 30 Incline Push-ups
Workout:
- 3x of:
- 30 One-armed loaded sit-ups w/a 20 lbs dumbbell
- 30 Push Presses @ 2 30 lbs dumbbells
- 30 Box Jumps
- 60 Split Jumps
- 3x of :
- 300 M Row
- Farmer’s Carry @ 2 70 lbs dumbbells
- 60 1-armed kettlebell swings @ 16 kg
- 60 Kettlebell Clean & Presses @ 16 kg
I’m sure I’ll be stronger later, but right now, I’m just glad I’ve finally caught my breath!
