I don’t like not working out! April 25, 2008

At Monday’s workout, I pulled some muscles in my middle back, just below the left side of my ribcage. It hurts, it spasms, and generally, it’s been, well, a pain.

So, I’ve missed Wednesday’s & Friday’s  workout. I’m pissed. I love my workouts. I’d even say I’m addicted. I may have to go take a walk later, just to say I did something, anything.

Plus, next week when I’m back to working out, I’ll have to start making up for lost ground.

Call me grumpy.
