Still recovering, but… April 28, 2008
Posted by hardly 100 of... for time, Bar, Dumbbell, Kettlebell, Pushups, UncategorizedThe back is still somewhat troubling, but is definitely well on the road to recovery. My trainer & I had a chat about it this am, and we agreed that it probably occurred in a one-handed movement that had a twisting component to it. So he made sure that the work we did today did not include this, lowered the weights a bit, and away we went!
Warmup:
- 30 Push-presses @ 45 lbs.
- 30 Push-ups
- 30 Push-presses @ 65 lbs.
- 30 Push-ups.
Workout:
- 100 Box Jumps for time: 4:54
- Dumbbell Bench Press @ 60 lbs: 10-8-5-3 (I had to drop to a 50 lbs for the last 3)
- 2x:
- 50 V-ups
- 50 Kettlebell Snatches @ 20kg
- 2x:
- 25 Deadlifts @ 125 lbs
- 50 bodyweight squats
