New torture device: Paralettes September 8, 2008

Parelettes are a small version of parallel bars. They let you increase your range of motion on some movements, or allow you to do variations on a theme of others. Handy to have if you have limited space to work out, or to make people talk. I think they have a whole lot of them down at Gitmo, but I have a tendency towards conspiracy theories.
Warmup:
- 20 Bodyweight Squats (for range of motion)
- 30 Paralette Tuck reps
- 400 M run
- 30 DB Push Press @ 2 x 30 lbs
Workout:
- 100 Paralette Decline Pushups: 10:36
- 3x 200 M Run: 37:18 (best time)
- Sumo Deadlift High-pull:
- 10 @ 65 lbs
- 21 @ 85 lbs
- 10, 9, 8, 7… of:
- 135 lbs Deadlift
- 85 lbs Power Clean
- 135 lbs Bench Press
- … but I only made through 10 & 9
- 2x 10 reps of kipping swings
