Lovely search string, don’t you think?

Difficult question to answer. A lot goes into it: What’s your level of fitness, how often do you work out, do you challenge yourself every workout, are you going to adopt a diet that is conducive to  improved physical performance, etc.

Here’s what I find amazing about our use of kettlebells, dumbbells & bars: The change doesn’t stop. In other words, if you keep up your end and work out in a disciplined manner, everything keeps getting better and better.

Let me give you a for instance. We had one of our friends start at Gravity Janes 12 weeks ago. She has ‘lost’ 12 lbs in that time. Unfortunately, she is validating her work through a scale, not through measurement of her BMI, but it does illustrate one result. Another result is that now she can easily help her husband move furniture around the house. This might be the more important measure as it indicates that she has improved her physical capabilities, and she has clearly improved her overall quality of life.
