Next week, Mrs. Jane S is on the road. But, she’s just started her workout regimen and isn’t quite sure how to keep things rolling along.

What to do?

Go to the random workout generator on the Gravity Janes website!

Once you’re on the main page, look towards the upper left, and see the button titled, “Workout Generator”. Click it. You should get a pop-up window with a randomly generated workout, most of which are easy to do without much equipment, like when you’re on the road.

Yep - this will be a tough one to test the will to continue the workouts…a trip - to Vegas no less…sigh…wish me luck!

This is also a good idea for ways to work out during your lunch break at work if going for a walk or run is not an option for you.
